Good coffee but room cleanliness needs attention

While the entrance was nice and the coffee was delicious, I found the room to be quite concerning. There were issues like ants in the bed, a leaking toilet, and towels that were not provided, which made the experience disappointing. There was also a lack of care from the staff when I requested assistance.

I loved the serene feel of our renovated room! Just a shame that no outlets were available for charging our devices. The staff could definitely work on their hospitality, tho. 😕

Key card malfunctioned, making it an inconvenience right off the bat. The room featured a wall that blocked direct air conditioning flow from the bed, rendering it uncomfortably warm regardless of the temperature setting. Overlooked were the insufficient towels, and there was no trash can in sight. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired, with reports of filthy floors and a dirty tub. Ants and other critters made the space feel uninviting.

Didn’t like anything, except friendly staff.

this place is a joke. I couldn’t believe I got a room smelling like an ashtray, with dirt on the walls and a hole in the bathroom! ? I also expected a warm welcome gift, but all I got was a rude staff member. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

Check-in was easy. The front desk staff were remarkably friendly and Delysa, she even recommended some late-night food spots near by. The room had a full-size refrigerator and a microwave, made life a bit easier. I felt welcome, even at a budget place.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable for what you get.
